First you need to figure out if you are REALLY hungry or if you are experiencing detox. Next, what works for me is to include leafy greens with breakfast. I make a smoothie with fruit (lately 2 oranges and a cup each of frozen strawberries and blueberries) 1T flax and then I throw in several handfuls of spinach or lettuce. This usually holds me from 7:30am until 1pm. Good luck!
