I got the recipe from the (excellent and highly recommendable): "How it all Vegan" cookbook. They are to die for. I just reduced the oil, eliminated the salt, increased the nuts, added a couple tablespoons of ground flaxseed and used whole wheat flour. Also, I use 1/2 pecans and 1/2 walnuts instead of pecans alone. And I always make them in a double batch!
