Well,let's see: 1) 1 ounce packets of your favorite raw nuts; 2) Bananas (and PB---yumm!); 3) Cherry pie Larabars or Cliff Nectar bars. Both of these energy bars are made with only 3-4 raw natural ingredients that are allowed on Dr.F's life plan. For instance, the cherry pie Larabars have only dates, nuts and dried cherries in it, and they are delicious! You can get them at Wild Oats and Kroger--health food section--where I live. Good luck!
