This helped me lose 20 lbs-- Breakfast-- 2 bananas with 1 oz or 2 tbsps natural PB Lunch --huge salad with assorted veggies,mushrooms, 1 tbsp flax seed and 1 cup or more of beans Dinner -- baked or sweet potato, 2 cooked veggies or 1 large bag of frozen cooked veggies morning and afternoon snack: fruit of different kinds and amounts. I found the key to not being hungry on the plan was to eat the quantities of food he recommends in E2L; if you try to skimp and leave out some fruits or not eat beans or eat less of the veggies, you will be hungry.
