I suppose you could say I make up for the beans with grains. Maybe it's healthier to eat the beans instead of the grains, I can't say -- I'm not a doctor. All I know is that it's easier for me to maintain my weight and/or lose weight (If I need to) by replacing my beans with grains. Beans just make me feel lethargic and heavy. Grains don't seem to weigh me down at all. Normally, I'll only have two Weetabix biscuits and two slices of whole grain bread.

So, with the exception of this whole bean/grain situation, I've found that I naturally adhere to the E2L guidleines, for the most part.*

*I seem to find myself not being able to eat a full pound of cooked vegetables and raw veggies, but generally pretty close. I'm a tiny girl, barely over 5 feet tall, so I suppose I'll use that as my excuse :) .
