Thank you for sharing with us.

How long have you been all raw?

I have been trying to transition back to more of E2L style for over a month and still feel terrible. It is making me want to go back to all raw.

I too have four children but none of them are raw and neither is my husband. They are all eating more fruit now which is good but none of them want to go raw.

It makes it very hard when I am the only one. I feel so much better on 100% though. I had such good energy, etc... Now I am back to being more tired with aches and pains.

We live in the Northwest also and wonder about going through the winters with such little variety. I can't believe that your children have stuck with it.

If you do try to go back to some cooked let me share something I learned. Look at it like you would if you were breaking a fast. I jumped in and ate beans, potatoes etc.. and felt terrible.

Start with steamed veggies for quite awhile and move from there. They are still the only thing I can eat after a month without too much ill effect.

It is discouraging because I just don't know which way to go.

Feel free to email me privately if you would like. I too, feel like the only one here.
