I have rheumatoid arthritis. I am ETliving quite well, but need to loose 31lbs as well as other health benifits.
I am eating, daily, in a smoothie, 2 tablesp. of ground flax seeds, 1oz of walnuts, and 2 teasp. high dose fish oil.
I have just started exercising at a gym, only been twice. But after WAY too long at playing with this diet, I am really trying hard to stay 100%. I've done very well for 2 weeks but have not lost any weight at all.
I'm sure I have read in Dr. F's web (somewhere!!!) that the amounts I have stated I am using daily, are what the good man suggested to people with RA.
Maybe I am way out on this.
Has anyone with RA had a consult with Dr. F and been told anything different?
Does anyone with RA use these amounts?
I would appreciate any comments please.
I am a member of his site but always have difficulty posting and the person who helps me with this issue is not available right now. Hence my post here rather than at his site.
