Yeah, I often think that I wish I had never tried all raw because it made me feel so good.

If you are interested in staying raw I would highly suggest you look into Dr. Grahams approach. He works with top athletes. I felt so much better on his way of eatin than the typical higher fat raw diet. I just cannot digest the heavier nut based meals.

Anyways, the lentils I eat are cooked. I did sprout them at one point but didn't eat them because I was afraid to try them. I have always had such a hard time with beans but do fine with lentils. My family has them over rice and I just dump them over my greens. I love it. It was the one food that I missed the most while eating all raw. The only other food I missed were potatoes. So far, when I eat them I get even more fatigued.

I totally understand the fatigue issue. I feel exactly the same way. I have a new born baby and now I am so fatigued with getting up every few hours. Whereas before while raw it didn't phase me at all. I was working out since he was 1 1/2 weeks old and zooming through my days without taking naps or anything like all of my friends do. I sure hope that my body will readjust and I can get my energy levels back up.

I almost feel like I have to make a choice. Do I want to feel better physically or mentally? If I eat all raw I get all of the physical benefits but am mentally struggling. Or I eat some cooked food and don't get the physical benefits and have to deal with some physical problems.

Who knows where we will end up.

How long have you been transitioning back to cooked?
