I hear you!

I feel exactly the same way.

I have switched from the higher fat way to Dr. Graham's way which is low fat. I feel much better and my cravings are gone BUT it is so hard socially. Plus I am still feeding my family cooked food and I can't eat with them. It is a bummer.

I am having a hard time transitioning. It makes me feel so cruddy to eat cooked food now but I want to get back to high raw.

How long were you raw and how long have you been transitioning back? How are you easing back in?

I am so glad to hear of someone else in the same situation.

I also didn't lose weight while raw. In fact, I gained and am still slowly gaining even on the low fat, high fruit version. I never had a problem maintaining a low weight while McDougalling for 9 years and naturally eating high raw that whole time.

I can't wait to get back where I was but it is taking a long time because I feel terrible when I eat something cooked.
