Yes, I think I caught the "fasting bug" by reading your posts further down in this forum, ridgerunner. I finally did buy the book and feel physically and psychologically up to doing, at the very least, a short fast at this time. Thanks for your support!

Regarding the McDougall board, it's too bad they can't find it among themselves to allow a more open forum. Sorta like the Bush administration - you're either "with us or against us" mentality. What a drag.
