I have been a McDougaller for 9 years but recently went all raw. I Have also done E2L off and on during my years McDougalling. I have always eaten a high amount of raw foods. Ever since going all raw I have gained weight and cannot take it off. I have tried the higher fat, lower fat and no fat raw vegan diets with the same results. Weight gain. So I am curious as to if anyone else here tried all raw and went back to either McDougall or E2L. What was your experience? Thanks
