Hi Danny, In addition to what Robin posted, you can try mixing things up. I plateaued (but was also eating sugar) and tried DF's 5 Day Challenge (you can find out more about it by joining the free E2L group on Yahoo...there's a file on it there). That helped me with my plateau. I was going without any starches even though 1 cup is allowed, and I added that back in after the challenge. Strangely enough, this seemed to help, as well. Mixing up activity can help, too. I tried taking several days in a row off, then went on a very strenuous 11 mile hike, then went back to step aerobics. You can also check your food intake on fitday.com to see if your calories are ok (not too much and not too little --- don't want to go into starvation mode!). So: mix it up -- diet and activity, check your caloric intake, try the 5 day challenge. Oh, and patience. I've never seen a post by a guy with a plateau issue....welcome to OUR world, buddy. :D Just think, if there's ever a famine, the quick losers will die off right away while we plateauers will still be here!
