Hi! This is asked lots! Instead of listing my typical day again, please scroll down the posting board questions here in the Eat to Live section, until you will see a question posed on 1/10 titled, "What do you Eat?" Look at the responses to that question. Several of us chimed in with a typical day's menu, including me. There are earlier questions that ask the same thing with similar responses too.
