Subject:	Recipes to help Dad do Eat to Live?

Hi all,

I am so excited that my formerly" meat and potatoes kind of guy" Dad has
read Eat to Live and decided to try it based on my suggestion. He has a lot of
health problems and really needs to improve his health. The problem? I'm a
raw foodist, so I don't really know any good recipes to suggest to him. I know
there are some in the book, but I would love to find an archive of Eat to Live
approved recipes somewhere to be able to direct him to. Has anyone started a
collection? I would also just love to hear what your favorite recipes are if
you'd like to share them. You could either post them here or email them to
me. He loves Mexican food, if anyone has any Mexican inspired recipes! :-)
