I will be using it sparingly, though, because, eating salad twice a day, dressings can get expensive and these vinegars are pretty pricey.

I can get twice the amount for 1/2 the price here in town for my raspberry vinegar....Of course, I don't get the fantastic/varied flavors that he offers, either.
