Maybe this will fall into the category of an "otherwise interesting" response. I've been doing whole foods, plant-based for over 8 years now, and Eat to Live for about a year. When I eat too much of something now, it is to eat too many nuts, too much nut butter, or something else that is included in the program, but not intended to be such a large part of it. Last night I ate way too much (Indian) split pea soup: homemade, with split peas, onions, water, and salt-free veggie broth powder, with garam masala and curry powder. It's one of our favorite recipes. Didn't make me feel better, so today I'm back on a much more rational "Eat to Live". Just wanted you to know I can sympathize about the Indian food; I always used to LOVE the Indian restaurant fare. LaurieInOklahoma
