Breakfast: green smoothie made with parsley and 2 mangoes, 1/4 cup walnuts
Lunch: 2 cups raw kale with 2 TBSP hummus, 2 cups steamed bok choy and green cabbage, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1 small sweet potato, 1 large apple
Dinner: Moe's burrito with black beans, guacamole, veggies and chips with salsa
