The vinegars he sells at his web site are made by Cuisine Perel. While I haven't tried any of those flavors specifically, I have tried others by Cuisine Perel and they're excellent. They are pricey, though! Scroll down on this page for a complete selection of the Cuisine Perel vinegars:
