I loved that book as well. I too have a hard time, knowing what I know. A lot of people are not interested in changing their diet. They want a quick fix, a pill or something. I have presented some of these ideas in a homeschool mom's group and some people changed a few things in their diet, but most of the women didn't want to give up eating the way they were eating to help their health issues.
