Thanks for your response. Interesting about the grains causing more problems than the fruit. Probably especially true if you eat flour products (breads, crackers, pasta, etc.) My husband will have another blood test in a month or so; if the triglycerides hold steady or go down, then we'll assume the fruit isn't a problem.
