I think I might be eating too much fruit. Most days I manage to eat at least 8...I can't help it, I just love fruit! But the thing is, I'm not loosing enough weight. I need to loose around 25 lbs to reach my ideal weight, which really isn't that much...But the question is: should I cut down on the fruit? In Eat to live Fuhrman says there's no limit on the fruit intake, as long as you eat at least 4 each day...Any thoughts?
