I had some IBS problems. I had been a vegan previously, which helped. When I went on ETL, I had more success. I cut out all gluten carrying grains, leaving me pretty much with rice and a few gluten free breads which I eat only occasionally. My diet is mostly potatoes (of al types) greens, corn, and fruit. I find that oranges bother me, but I can handle fruit otherwise. The raw greens I'm still deciding on. I seem to be able to tolerate them reasonably well, and I think my body's reaction to them is improving somehow.
