Thanks, the concentrated nutrient part makes sense. Since I'm new to ETL, I think I'll deal with the basic whole foods for now. I really dislike the blended soups...and veg juices from juice bars. Once I get some of these other things under my belt - literally - I'll work on juicing. It sounds like something I'll set aside for now. $300 is way beyond my reach anyway.
