Hi Di- Saw your eating plan and I noticed you do eat a bit lighter than the actual 6-week plan calls for: 2 fruits rather than 4 minimum recommended; no nuts when 1 ounce is allowed; no grains/starches when one is allowed on the plan, and no avocado when 2 ounces is allowed. Well, it sure helped you lose fast, so again, congrats. And, if it works for you, that's all that counts! But I find I need to eat the entire plan as recommended to feel full and diminish cravings. That could account for our difference in weight loss rate.
