Thanks! I did follow the 6 week plan and I felt so great it was easy to stay on track. As for my meals - breakfast is a piece of fruit I can eat at my desk. Lunch is a huge green salad with ff dressing and leftover cooked veggies or tofu salad on top. Dinner is 2 cooked fresh veggies and beans, or a bean stew or spaghetti squash and sauce and 1 fresh veggie, and usually a piece of fruit a couple of hours after dinner. I never could give up morning coffee. I did stray during the holidays, but I'm back on track again.
