get sugar cravings. I make smoothies with only fruit and fruit juice. I always use at least a couple of different berries and sometimes other fruits. I add ripe banana and pineapple juice for sweetness. When I got lazy and stopped making them, I started getting sugar cravings. I'm trying to get back in the habit of daily smoothies, because the fudge that dh makes and M&Ms he buys are tempting me.
