ok, piggybacking on the post just below about what you eat, I'm curious about how you guys shop. These may seem like silly questions, but I'm commuting really far distances right now and I don't have the time to shop every night, and I certainly haven't been able yet to figure out how to do this so I always have everything I need.

What do you buy each trip, and how often do you go? (costs would be interesting as well, esp. as compared to what you were spending before E2L.)) How do you know how many quantities of what to buy to balance making sure nothing goes bad with not having to grocery shop every night...
