I love sharing with people what I eat. Here it is (by the way, I've lost steady on this menu):

Breakfast: 2 bananas or 2 apples and 2 TBSPS natural peanut butter
Snack (if hungry): orange or other piece of fruit
Lunch: Giant salad (one whole bag of romaine or spinach) with lots of veggies on top and 1-2 cups of beans on top
Snack: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or another fruit. Or if I'm going to the gym for a tough class in the evening, a Cherry Pie Larabar energy bar (all raw, 4 ingredients) or a dark chocolate and walnut Cliff Nectar bar or a Whole Grain Power Bar Harverst Bar. I only added these energy bars after the first 6 weeks! Many of the other bars have too much garbage in them.
Dinner: Baked potato topped with salsa or sweet potato. Plus 2 helpings of steamed veggies or 1-16 ounce pack of frozen veggies microwaved.

A few days a month, I'll substitute veggie burgers for the beans. These quantities are mentioned in Dr. F's book and I want to say they are critical. Though it may seem daunting to eat so many veggies, that volume does exactly what he said they would do: kill cravings and addictions! I'm a junk food junkie who has had no real binges or urges on his program.
