Hi, Your best bet is to check out the happycow web site. Melbourne has over 60 vegetarian and vegan restaurants, so enjoy your eating while you're here! But I can strongly recommend Enlightened Cuisine, in Southbank, in the city (Melbourne). It's a great Asian restaurant, and just won the Vegetarian Network Victoria's choice award for 2005. They're totally vegan-friendly, and cater to most allergies and intolerances. Happy eating!
