I heard of that book, Sugar Blues. I would like to read it one day. No sugar, huh? Some of those fantastic vegan Chinese dishes probably would not taste the same without a sweetener. I guess I can try it...and see what kinds of results I get.

I'm still in middle of reading E2L, so I probably did not get to the part where Dr. Fuhrman mentions eating nuts daily. If it's going to help my cravings, that is fine, I can try that. Anything that will help my cravings is welcome at this point.

But aren't nuts high in fat (yes, I know it's the "good" fat, but it's still fat)? The fat you eat is the fat you wear they say...isn't it? And believe me when I tell you, I can't afford to put on another ounce at this point.
