I was having issues with cravings/going off plan, too. What has worked 100% for me is to get COMPLETELY off sugar -- not even a tsp. in a recipe (I read, "Sugar Blues" and it convinced me utterly) -- refined foods/white flour. AND be sure to add the 1 oz nuts a day. I know DF says you can omit them if you have weight to lose, but I found I was feeling hollow/hungry a lot without them. I added them back in and no longer get "the hungries" etc. There is also a list on YAHOO (E2L) that's a good support if you're interested.
