Salad leafies and raw veggies really don't have many calories; you'd be hard-pressed to derail any weight loss efforts by eating massive amounts of these foods.

If you crave stuff like chips and other crunchies, munch on raw veggies and put them in your salads. If you crave ice cream, make a smoothie - you can do an E2L approved smoothie with just fruit - an orange, a banana, and a cup or so of frozen berries whipped up in a blender.

Get some exercise if you don't already. Sounds like your body may be doing the detox thing that many people experience as they get into the plan.

Make sure you really are eating everything on the plan that is recommended. Many times, the "climbing the wall craving" feelings result from just not eating enough of the approved foods. Beans are really filling, so eat a lot of those.

Good luck!
