Thanks, all! It seemed to me that the two diets were a natural together, but I was having a little bit of a problem figuring out exactly how to proceed. I tend to eat a mcdougall-style diet naturally, so I think I'll step back some on the whole grains and step up big-time on the leafy greens and raw veggies, and I'll pretty much be there. That's less of a shock or an adjustment than going full-on Fuhrman right now, as I'm trying to plan a wedding and working full-time.
