I take B-12 daily, of course, as well as B-2 ~1x a week (to stave off the development of cracks on the sides of my mouth...I think it's an absorption problem for me). Since I can tolerate very little sodium (years of past abuse of sodium resulted in a tendency toward edema) and eat salt-free, I take iodine 1-2 times a week, also. I take the liquid form. I have recently added in Vitamin D 1-2 times a week (for the winter) after a discussion on the YAHOO E2L group about it. Ridge -- What is DHA? A few weeks ago I started taking L-Tyrosine, Gaba, DLP, 5HTP and L-Glutamine and have noticed a big difference.
