I am a member and think it is totally worth the $8 a month. The responses from Dr. F alone is priceless. There are a lot of members and they are very supportive. You can get a lot of good advice and motivation from them as well as Dr. Fuhrman.

Also you can listen to past tele-conferences and look up old replies by the Doctor. The wealth of information is unbeleivable.
