Wow, doesn't look like you're getting enough calories to gain weight, hmmmm. I can understand a weight stall from too few cals, but not weight gain, so I'm stumped. I hope someone on the list has some ideas. You *could* eat more veggies, strange as it may seem. But I'm not seeing the weight gain reason at all...

Here's what I eat (general idea):

Bkfst: 2 oranges, 1 banana

Lunch: 16-32 oz veggies (frozen/cooked) or a big bowl of homemade veggie soup, 1 oz nuts (usually walnuts for the Omega3 benefit)

snack (if hungry): 5 carrots, 5 celery stalks

Dinner: 1 head of romaine, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber (with skin on), 2 leaves kale, assorted leaves of cress, spinach, chard (whatever I have) and 1 tbs flax (usually just if no nuts at lunch)
