I read both the Fasting book and E2l TWICE and followed the plan 100%. I also had some correspondence with Dr F via the members forum. The fast somewhat cured my arthritic thumbs for a while but I am having problems with them again. I suppose I should have fasted foir a few more days but because my fast was unsupervised, I didn't want to risk it. I now continue to follow the E2l life plan (90%).
