We here at E2L are big on the flaxseed, as you probably know, and I, and probably others, would be interested in seeing any studies that indicate ground flaxseed is a problem. I have not heard anything about the ground-up seeds being a problem, although Ornish has cautioned about flaxseed oil having effects on cancer cell proliferation in the prostate. But please share with us what you know - we'd probably all be interested!
