I believe Dr. Fuhrman would include chocolate in the 10% of your daily food intake that is not in the high-nutrient plant category.

Chocolate contains other stuff that is not beneficial and is a processed food, so it would fall in that category of 10% of calories that can be used for foods that are not unrefined plants.
