Subject:         A few nut questions.

1) All they have at the supermarket are salted ones, and none are raw.

2) They had two types at the health food store that were raw and salted, but expensive. I ended up going with roasted unsalted walnuts. Do they have to be raw? What's the advantage?

3)Someone just told me that cashews are in fact not a nut. News to me. Should they be avoided?
