Alpa: I'm no doctor and maybe you should see one! But here are some things to consider: 1) Are you including the 1 tablespoon of flax a day? This has oils in it your body needs. Sprinkle it on your salad! 2) Are you including the 1 ounce of nuts a day and the avocado amount allowed? These also have oils in it you need and may help stem the dandruff 3) Are you trying your best to eat the 1 lb each of raw and cooked veggies and 1 cup (or more) of beans Dr. Furhman recommends each day? You are getting your protein from these sources. If you skimp on any of these quantities, you'll have a protein shortage for sure and that could result in hair loss.
