I don't know Dr. Fuhrman's stance on this specific raw diet you mention, but I do know this from his book:
1) He believes some phytochemicals in some veggies are utilized better by the body when the food is cooked--such as lycopene in tomatoes;
2) Cooked veggies--up to 1 lb a day--are a big part of his food plan; raw veggies and fruit are key too though
3) Dr. Furhman, in his book, does find erroneous how raw diets describe the "enzyme"-digestion process of the body and states it is inaccurate. I can't remember the details, but it is in one of the chapters of his book.
