Charlie: Until you get his book, here is an abbreviated version of the 6-week plan; perhaps you can follow this: 1) Try to eat 1 lb of raw veggies (including salad) a day or close to it; 2) Try to eat 1 lb of cooked green veggies a day (green beans, green peas, spinach, kale, cauliflower, green peppers, onions, etc.)--I use frozen veggie mixes usually to eat this 3) Eat at least 1 cup a day of beans (I like them on my lunch salad): you can have more 4) Eat 4 pieces of fruit a day 5) Eat up to 1 ounces of nuts a day 6) Eat 1 tbsp of flax meal per day (on a salad or veggies 7) Eat 1 starch per day which can be a whole grain or a baked potato (sweet or white) or corn, for ex. The skeleton menu in his book is: Breakfast: fruit (I eat raw peanut butter with 2 bananas or apples here) Lunch: Salad with Beans, Fruit (I save the fruit for a mid-morning snack) Dinner: Salad with 2 side vegetables and potato if you did not eat a starch at Lunch, Fruit (I save this fruit for a mid-evening snack) Hope this helps.
