You can use the information in the link below as a guide. Also, Dr. Fuhrman's basic meal plan should be of help to you:

Breakfast: Fresh fruit and/or oatmeal with ground flax seed on top

Lunch: Salad with beans on top and/or vegtable/bean soup and more fruit

Dinner: Salad and two cooked vegetables (aim for a total of 1 pound), raw nuts, fruit dessert.

The meal plans are combined from Eat to Live and Cholesterol Protection for Life.
