I make them every now and then, and they're delicious. They're fairly easy--just a little messy and time-consuming making the little balls. But they're incredibly cheap to make, so I could never bring myself to pay so much to have Dr. Fuhrman's company make them. My daughter loves them, but I love them too. They're just too high-calorie and tempting for me to have them in the house very often. :-)
