This diet truly does cause wonderful changes in your life. When you start to exude energy and vibrance, and you find that you have the desire and energy to be a more active, physically fit person, remarkable things do happen. You will be surprised at the way that regular exercise can really re-sculpt your whole body. I am 46 and I really feel like I am looking younger than I used to. I think I must have really whipped my pectoral muscles into shape, because my chest doesn't look old, tired, and droopy anymore. I've been working on push-ups for a long time now, and do some other upper body exercises as well. At first, I could not do even a single regular push-up, but I just kept trying until I got strong enough, and practicing the modified push-ups until I could do a regular one. Now I can do 11 regular push-ups. I still do the modified ones too, but once I got really good at them, I started making them harder by holding my hands closer together.
