I have to admit that I do care about wrinkles. If I were not a vegan, or if I didn't actually care about my health, the wrinkle factor alone would keep me going with E2L! On days in a row that I am more like 95% E2L (rather than my normal 75%, of calories that is) I do see a difference in my skin tone, and the appearance of wrinkles. I am 35 years old, people often say I look younger. (Maybe they're just being nice!)

I don't even eat shiitakes, so I don't think it's an illusion, Kayell!
