I've looked at your flogs and I don't think you're eating near enough fruit at breakfast! I know I'm no expert on this program, totally a newbie, but you stated several times, a slice or 2 of melon etc. To my understanding, you should be pigging out on fruit or any of the approved foods that are not limited. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong (as I sit her and just ate an entire cantaloupe! (med size).

I can relate to you about some of the other issues too. Not the constipation though, things running quite smooth in that area, LOL!
I'm not a fan of too many raw veggies and salad after salad isn't too exciting either. Have been adding fresh fruits and raspberry vinagrette and this has helped. I also don't care for stong vinegar flavors, or lemon juice for that matter.

I am somewhat discouraged, but refuse to throw in the towel. I know I blew it after breakfast yesterday, but today IS a new day, a NEW start!
Hang in there college vegan, it may not be easy, but it WILL be work it to have health and lose weight! Keep on, keeping on!
