thanks! I do not mean to complain I just wanted to be honest about what I was going through. I am trying not to beat myself up too much yet about eating too many calories probably I just am focusing on trying to stay away from cr@p food for an entire week. How much is it to join dr. f's site? I am not exactly rolling in dough as a college student here. I have had carrot apple juice homemade before and it is just okay. I know I sound like the most annoying and picky eater and I apologize. It didn't really do much to "get things moving." What about grapefruits and their juice? what about prune juice? would these things work? All I know is that everytime I try to go without a lot of grains this happens until I cave in and eat some rice. also, i think i am the queen of toxic hunger! I know you have to do a lot of unpleasent things to lose weight or everyone would be thin. It is also hard going against 19 years of conditioning that made me like less than optimal foods better than say spinach leaves. I dunno I just feel pretty discouraged.
