Here are some problems I am running into.... I find on day 3 or 4 of trying to diet my body seems to "freak" out and think that it is starving. I tried to not binge on junk food and instead ate vegeatble sushi, dates, and nuts to try and trick my body into thinking it was full. I cannot seem to get over my aversion to raw veggies. I hate them! I know why they are good for you but they taste so bitter to me. And vinegear dressings are bitter too! Eating fruit only for breakfast isn't working....I feel tired and shaky until lunch. I cannot think of any dr. f style breakfasts though that sound good. I am a picky eater. I am having trouble adjusting to all of the new and less than appealing foods. I find I can tolerate salad if there is a very good portion of avocado on top but I worry that this will keep me from losing weight. and for the last time....I cannot seem to find a healthy diet that works for me (one where I like the food) I have no problems liking grains and fruits but raw veggies kinda gross me out)
